The Novartis International Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp) brings together selected top students from science and business universities from around the world.
Day One
Biotechnology and global trends
- Biotechnology, innovation and the future of new medicines
- New developments in life science and its impact in academia
- Drug discovery and a visit to Novartis research laboratories
Day Two
Development of a biotechnology product
- First-hand experience about starting a biotechnology company
- Students’ workshop: how to develop and launch a pharmaceutical product
- Visit to a Novartis biologics facility
Day Three
Career opportunities in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
- Business perspectives and opportunities
- Career guidance and consultation
University students in natural sciences and/or business administration are invited to apply. Students must be proficient in English.
